With over 25 years of experience in executive and board search, talent assessment and leadership coaching, Carolyn is the Founder and President of Curated Talent. She specializes in C-suite and board searches for healthcare, healthtech, and life sciences companies, and she is a trusted partner for boards, CEOs, and investors delivering diverse and exceptional talent to transform their businesses.

Carolyn works closely with her clients, gaining deep insights into their organizations and strategies. Her hands-on approach has led to the successful placement of hundreds of CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and Vice Presidents throughout the industry.

Work in the industry 

Prior to Curated Talent, Carolyn helped launch two boutique executive search firms, focusing on healthcare and life sciences. She also spent more than a decade leading executive search and interim management services for a national healthcare advisory and professional services firm.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Carolyn is active in industry organizations, serving as Membership Chair for Women Business Leaders in Healthcare (WBL) and participating in MedTech Women and Women in Bio. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago and resides in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
